If you take a look in my makeup bag or bathroom shelf anytime there’s a good chance that you’ll find a fair few Caudalie products about. But right now you’ll find two of my summer favourites that I’ve been using a lot during this warm sunny weather.
The first is a travel size of Caudalie’s Beauty Elixir (30ml GBP12). I got hold of this fabulous Limited Edition bottle, the travel size is sold out now but it’s just as fabulous in the classic glass bottle here. You’ve heard from me before here about how much I rate this product but I really do love this more at this time of year.
All year round I use it day and night as a toner but it’s great to carry with you as a refreshing spritz in the heat. Keep it in the fridge for that extra fresh feel! All the ingredients are natural and include powerful plant extracts. It’s recommended to tighten pores and to smooth fine lines and makeup creases. You can use it as a setting spray, a priming mist or to revive tired or dull skin and boost radiance. And it smells good too!
I have to admit that I’ve yet to try all the suggestions – using it as a pillow mist, for a restful night’s sleep, using it as a relaxing room spray, or to soothe after shaving.
So, the other godsend for summer is this Caudalie Anti Wrinkle Face Suncare SPF 50 (50ml GBP19). It offers maximum UVA & UVB protection for a natural, radiant, long-lasting tan. It’s enriched with organic grape water for a light, creamy, non-sticky texture that moisturises and soothes. Its summery fragrance delicately envelops the skin in notes of frangipani flowers. I love that as well as protecting me from burning it’s not damaging nature as its formula is highly biodegradable and non-toxic for the marine ecosystem.
If you’re looking to snap up some summer bargains too before the sun leaves us then take a look at this exclusive offer! You can get a free Caudalie Summer Kit when you spend GBP60 or more here using code: SUN19. You’ll get this Moisturising Toner 50ml; French Kiss Lip Balm – Innocence; and a tote bag.
I hope you get to love Caudalie as much as me – and if you already do – I’d love to hear about it in the comments.
